You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Regional Business Head Telesales is responsible for leading and managing telesales operations across the assigned region. This includes overseeing large teams of telesales managers and executives driving sales performance optimizing call center processes and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership analytical and communication skills with a proven track record in highvolume telesales environments.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & PerformanceDevelop and execute regional telesales plans to meet revenue and conversion goals.
Monitor sales KPIs including call volumes conversion rates AHT (average handle time) and revenue per call.
Optimize telesales campaigns and scripts based on performance insights and customer feedback.
Implement effective lead management strategies and tools.
Lead train and mentor a large telesales team including Team Leaders Supervisors and Agents.
Set clear performance expectations and targets for the team.
Conduct regular performance reviews coaching sessions and training programs.
Foster a positive and resultsdriven culture within the team.
Collaborate with recruitment and HR for workforce planning and staffing needs.
Ensure adherence to quality standards compliance regulations and call center SOPs.
Work closely with IT/support teams to ensure smooth functioning of CRM dialer systems and telephony infrastructure.
Monitor and improve customer experience through call quality audits and feedback mechanisms.
Provide regular updates to senior management on performance forecasts and operational challenges.
Use analytics to drive datainformed decisions and continuous improvement.
Maintain dashboards and reports related to sales productivity and quality metrics.
Coordinate with marketing for campaign launches and lead generation alignment.
Work with product teams to communicate customer feedback and improve offerings.
Liaise with customer support finance and other internal stakeholders as needed.
