Job Description

Job Summary (List Format):

Serve as a Senior Engineer specializing in voice media controllers (e.g. GVMC) Dialogic XMS and SIP/RTP protocol solutions.
Design develop and troubleshoot scalable realtime communication applications using C and Java.
Analyze and debug SIP RTP and T.38 FAX packet captures (PCAPs) with Wireshark/tcpdump.
Address SIP signaling issues error handling and media negotiation challenges.
Develop and maintain systems utilizing media processing frameworks such as GVMC Dialogic XMS FreeSWITCH and Asterisk.
Implement and support media codecs including G.711 G.722 AMRWB Opus H.264 VP8 and MPEG.
Deploy and manage GVMC/Dialogic XMS solutions within Kubernetes (K8s) clusters.
Utilize distributed logging and monitoring tools like ELK Stack Prometheus and Grafana to ensure system reliability.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver robust VoIP and media processing solutions.
Leverage 8 years of experience in VoIP SIP RTP and media server technologies.
Apply advanced knowledge acquired through a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering or related field.
