Job Description
Overview
The SAP C4C TechnoFunctional Consultant plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical and functional aspects of the SAP Customer for Customer (C4C) solution. This position requires an individual who is wellversed in both the technical and functional elements of the SAP C4C environment enabling them to effectively gather requirements design solutions and implement changes that enhance client satisfaction and business processes. As a key player in the implementation and support of C4C solutions this consultant will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs provide actionable insights and ensure seamless integration with other SAP systems. The consultants expertise is vital in troubleshooting issues and optimizing system performance thereby driving user adoption and achieving timely project completion. The incumbent will be expected to maintain effective communication with crossfunctional teams to ensure project alignment and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements for SAP C4C implementations.
- Design develop and configure SAP C4C solutions based on user requirements.
- Perform system integration and data migration for C4C applications.
- Conduct gap analysis between existing processes and the proposed C4C solution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project scope timelines and objectives.
- Provide technical support and guidance during SAP C4C implementation phases.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing to ensure system meets requirements.
- Train endusers and provide postimplementation support.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Contribute to documentation of processes configurations and enduser manuals.
- Develop customized reports and dashboards within SAP C4C.
- Work closely with development teams to develop enhancements as needed.
- Stay updated on SAP C4C updates and features to leverage new capabilities.
- Participate in system upgrades and version migrations.
- Support project management efforts to ensure timely delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
- 35 years of experience in SAP C4C consulting.
- Strong understanding of CRM processes and SAP architecture.
- Prior experience in technical development in SAP systems.
- Proficiency in integration technologies and middleware.
- Experience with data migration tools and methodologies.
- Demonstrated problemsolving abilities and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Proven experience in leading workshops and training sessions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Relevant SAP certifications in C4C highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel as needed for project engagement.
