Job Description
Role Overview:
FlashAid is looking for a UI/UX Intern who is passionate about creating impactful user experiences and aspires to grow into a Product Manager role. This opportunity is perfect for someone with prior internship experience in UI/UX design a completed design course and a keen interest in the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
UI/UX Design & Research:
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for FlashAid s web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research to understand pain points and refine designs based on feedback.
- Create wireframes mockups and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma Sketch or Adobe XD.
Product Development Support:
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless integration of designs into the product.
- Assist in creating user stories workflows and feature documentation.
- Participate in product brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
UserCentric Thinking:
- Leverage user analytics and research insights to optimize the user journey.
- Advocate for users while aligning with business goals.
Transition to Product Management:
- Shadow senior Product Managers to learn crossfunctional collaboration and strategy.
- Develop skills in product roadmap planning prioritization and feature lifecycle management.
- Contribute to defining KPIs and measuring the success of new features.
Qualifications:
Education & Training:
- Completed a UI/UX design course or certification.
- Understanding of design principles usability and accessibility.
Experience:
- Previous internship experience in UI/UX design or a related role.
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
Skills:
- Strong problemsolving ability and userfirst thinking.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow into a Product Manager role.
