Job Description

With a mission centered on delivering exceptional personalized hospitality the company s apartments are thoughtfully designed to provide tranquility and professionalism creating a premium guest experience free from distractions.

As the organization enters a pivotal phase of growth and transformation it seeks to appoint a Strategic General Manager to lead this next chapter. The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision operational expertise and a passion for elevating service standards in the hospitality industry.

In addition to expanding its core offerings the company is also developing a Hospitality Training Academy to address functional competency gaps within the sector and cultivate the next generation of industry leaders.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the Promoter and a team of professionals to define develop and execute strategic initiatives that position the company as a market leader in the hospitality industry.
  • Realign the organization s image with the promoter s vision while integrating staff into the brand culture to foster a unified team that upholds the brand promise.
  • Articulate a clear vision and roadmap to enhance guests experience elevate brand value and achieve financial sustainability.
  • Oversee a multidisciplinary team ensuring functional leaders excel in their domainsincluding operations finance HR and strategy.
  • Develop and manage initiatives that cater for diverse customer segments including business travelers health tourists holidaymakers and large event organizers.
  • Support the HR Lead to attract and retain toptier talent while motivating and galvanizing the entire team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Analyze unit economics financial reports and strategic plans to ensure informed decisionmaking and accountability across departments.
  • Partner with the board providing executivelevel insights and updates while maintaining exceptional communication standards.
  • Foster a culture of excellence innovation and growth at all levels of the organization.
  • To lead the expansion of the organization across SubSaharan Africa and Europe.



Requirements

WHAT TO HAVE




  • A seasoned leader with at least 10 years of progressive experience in strategic and
  • multidisciplinary roles preferably within highgrowth industries.
  • Exceptional strategic thinker with a proven ability to articulate and execute
  • transformative initiatives.
  • Proficient in business analysis financial management human resources strategy and
  • operational optimization.
  • A strong communicator with polished verbal and written skills capable of delivering
  • consultinggrade presentations and reports.
  • Selfaware having engaged in personal development programs and assessments to
  • enhance leadership effectiveness.
  • Analytical detailoriented and capable of identifying and resolving challenges with
  • innovative solutions.
  • A charismatic leader with executive presence capable of inspiring and rallying teams
  • across all levels.
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves and immerse yourself in the details to build the business
  • and drive results (bootstraper).
