Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Flexible during client business hours (Alberta Canada)
Total Weekly Hours: 20 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize personal and business emails efficiently

  • Review organize and maintain digital files and data management systems

  • Assist with recruitment processes including managing job postings on Indeed and conducting initial candidate vetting

  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks with a focus on accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)

  • Follow up with clients regarding invoices and payments

  • Provide administrative support for HRrelated tasks

  • Handle ad hoc tasks such as travel arrangements as needed


Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Experience using QuickBooks with a focus on AP/AR

  • Proficiency in email management and digital file organization

  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles particularly accounts payable and receivable

  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as Indeed

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent productivity tools

  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn new systems and processes
