- Managing repair bay workflows and technician productivity
- Reducing vehicle cycle time (from dropoff to delivery)
- Improving customer satisfaction (CSI scores)
- Coordinating parts availability scheduling and service writeups
- Ensuring compliance with OEM processes and warranty policies
- Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and KPIs
- Enhancing profitability of the fixed ops side (nonsales revenue)
- Training service advisors and technicians
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in automotive service management operations management or fixed operations leadership
- Proven track record as a Service Manager Fixed Ops Director or Operations Consultant in dealership or fleet environments
- Experience managing highvolume service bays technician teams and workflow optimization
- Strong understanding of vehicle service cycle time including strategies to reduce turnaround time from dropoff to delivery
- Demonstrated ability to improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores through process improvement and customercentric practices
- Expertise in parts coordination service scheduling and accurate service writeup processes
- Deep knowledge of OEM procedures warranty guidelines and compliance requirements
- Ability to implement and reinforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Proven success in enhancing fixed ops profitability (nonsales revenue) through labor efficiency upsell strategies and cost control
- Skilled in training and coaching service advisors and technicians to meet performance and quality targets

5+ years of hand-on Quality Control experience within an Automotive or Aerospace production/manufacturing environment.
