Intellectual Property Remote Partner Opportunity
We are working with a national boutique patent firm offering a productivitybased compensation model built for experienced patent partners with at least $1MM in portable business.
This opportunity is ideal for a partnerlevel patent attorney ready to join a firm where you can retain a higher percentage of revenue set reasonable billing rates and work with a collegial team of likeminded professionals.

Requirements
Minimum $1MM in portable business (required)
7 years of experience in patent prosecution at a top law firm
Degree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering Physics Mechanical Engineering Materials Science or related field
Admitted to the USPTO and at least one state bar
Strong communication skills and ability to manage direct client relationships
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is based entirely on a productivitybased model.
Partners are paid a fixed percentage of the revenue generated from their client work.
