JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Your Responsibilities as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative would be:
Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone email and chat in Mandarin and Cantonese.
Provide accurate information about products services and policies.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Process orders returns and account updates accurately.
Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service processes.
Meet performance metrics including response times resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores.
Stay up to date with company policies products and services to provide accurate assistance.
Qualifications as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative:
Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese (both spoken and written).
Prior customer service call center or related experience is preferred.
Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to manage customer concerns professionally.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Experience using CRM systems email platforms and chat support tools is a plus.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
Must be willing to work in a night shift and flexible schedule including weekends if required.
