Be part of our client s team as a NOC Engineer where you ll play a critical role in ensuring seamless and secure network operations. You ll help maintain system uptime monitor alerts and work closely with internal and external teams to keep everything running at peak performance.
Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:30 AM 6:30 PM or 10:30 AM 7:30 PM
Work Arrangement: Onsite Bogot or Medell n
- Own and manage uptime and functionality of production systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve system/network issues efficiently
- Monitor NetOps alerts during business and offhours
- Track system status to flag risks and growth opportunities
- Escalate incidents to Dev teams as needed to avoid impact
- Coordinate with external vendors (e.g. carriers SMS providers)
- Provide hightier support to Tier 1 3 customer support teams
- Manage internet connectivity and work with IX providers
- Build dashboards and set up system alerting protocols
- Collaborate with field engineers to understand realworld use cases
- Lead and drive process improvements across NetOps
- Contribute to ongoing infrastructure projects and initiatives
Requirements
What We re Looking for in a Cyber Star (Qualifications Needed)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Network Cloud and Security Architecture
- Indepth knowledge of TCP/IP firewalls and proxy servers
- Ability to analyze logs and identify root causes
- Advanced troubleshooting and critical problemsolving skills
- Experience in Cloud or SaaS environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in dynamic fastpaced environments
- Skilled at multitasking and managing multiple priorities
