What You ll Be Doing

Be part of our client s team as a Vendor Services Administrator and support vendor management operations for toptier financial institutions. You ll play a key role in executing critical processes ensuring compliance and delivering stellar support from behind the scenes.

Employment Type: Fulltime
Shift: Night Shift (Initial: 8 AM 5 PM CT Longterm: 8/9 AM 5/6 PM PH Time)
Work Setup: Permanent WorkfromHome

How Youll Create Impact: Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills analytical thinking attention to detail and followthrough
  • Communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing to explain product offerings and functionality
  • Provide superior customer service with the ability to resolve issues quickly and professionally
  • Remain calm and focused in a fastpaced team environment; manage special projects alongside daily responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to calls and emails; use available tools to track and manage priorities
  • Maintain working knowledge of products services and systems; proactively recommend best practices to clients

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table: Skills and Expertise

  • 1 3 years of relevant experience in similar roles
  • Advanced skill in gathering and organizing documents and reports to manage special projects while providing excellent customer service
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word
  • Quick learning ability with a proactive approach to asking questions and applying constructive feedback
  • Effective communication skills both oral and written
  • Strong ability to work independently
  • Capacity to work at a computer for 8 hours a day
