What You ll Be Doing
Be part of our client s team as a Vendor Services Administrator and support vendor management operations for toptier financial institutions. You ll play a key role in executing critical processes ensuring compliance and delivering stellar support from behind the scenes.

How Youll Create Impact: Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills analytical thinking attention to detail and followthrough
- Communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing to explain product offerings and functionality
- Provide superior customer service with the ability to resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Remain calm and focused in a fastpaced team environment; manage special projects alongside daily responsibilities
- Respond promptly to calls and emails; use available tools to track and manage priorities
- Maintain working knowledge of products services and systems; proactively recommend best practices to clients
Requirements
What You Bring to the Table: Skills and Expertise
- 1 3 years of relevant experience in similar roles
- Advanced skill in gathering and organizing documents and reports to manage special projects while providing excellent customer service
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Quick learning ability with a proactive approach to asking questions and applying constructive feedback
- Effective communication skills both oral and written
- Strong ability to work independently
- Capacity to work at a computer for 8 hours a day
