Job Description

Be part of our team as a Senior Content Manager and drive content strategy that defines a global outsourcing powerhouse. Youll own the narrative lead creative initiatives and bring compelling stories to life connecting with Clevel audiences across multiple countries and channels.

Job Overview
Employment Type: FullTime
Shift: Ideally 3 PM 11 PM MK Time (Flexible to start earlier as long as some work hours overlap with the US)
Work Setup: Work from Home

Your Daily Responsibilities
  • Lead Content Vision: Serve as a strategic and creative content leader overseeing initiatives across multiple channels to drive Emapta s thought leadership in the outsourcing and business transformation space. Take ownership of a highimpact marketing role where you will create and execute a content strategy that attracts engages and converts while developing SEOoptimized content that positions Emapta as a trusted global advisor.
  • Guide Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B content marketing strategy aligned with brand business and marketing goals
  • Create and Edit Content: Produce and manage highquality persuasive content that converts including case studies blogs eBooks infographics email campaigns and social media posts
  • Lead Thought Leadership: Create and oversee executivelevel content such as blogs whitepapers LinkedIn articles and industry reports
  • Optimize for SEO: Manage the creation of SEOdriven content that ranks converts and supports both shortterm campaigns and longterm brand visibility
  • Support Product Marketing: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to craft compelling messaging product pages case studies and marketing collateral that highlight Emapta s value proposition
  • Lead Editorial Planning: Manage the editorial calendar to ensure timely highquality content delivery across platforms (web email social events etc.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work crossfunctionally with marketing design sales recruitment and customer success teams to ensure content is accurate relevant and impactful
  • Track and Improve Performance: Monitor content performance using analytics tools and continuously refine strategy based on insights and KPIs
  • Uphold Brand Voice: Ensure all content reflects Emapta s tone values and positioning in the market
  • Enable Sales: Create content that supports the sales team in engaging Clevel executives including pitch decks proposal templates and sales collateral
  • Conduct Market Research: Perform indepth research to understand industry trends customer needs and the competitive landscape to inform content strategy

Requirements

Your Skills and Expertise

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B content creation and strategy with at least 2 4 years in a seniorlevel role
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with a portfolio showcasing engaging and persuasive content for Clevel audiences
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic content plans that drive business outcomes
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and experience in creating content that supports sales engagement and resonates with executive audiences
  • Proficiency in SEO best practices and tools to optimize content visibility and performance
  • Ability to analyze content performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Experience in leading and mentoring content teams with strong project and time management skills
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Journalism or a related field
