Job Description
As an Azure Data Engineer you will:
Independently design and implement robust data solutions based on highlevel architecture guidelines.
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines leveraging Azure Databricks for data ingestion transformation and preprocessing from varied data sources.
Collaborate with customers to gather and understand business requirements for data pipelines lakes and migration initiatives.
Monitor and support Azure DevOps workflows Databricks pipelines and participate in production support activities.
Stay proactive and open to learning Azure monitoring and logging services to enhance observability and operational efficiency.
What You Bring to the Table:
4 6 years of professional experience in data engineering and cloudbased data solutions.
Strong handson experience with Python Scala and PySpark/SparkSQL.
Proficiency in both SQL and NoSQL databases.
Experience with Azure services including Databricks ADLS ADF Unity Catalog Stream Analytics SQL Data Warehouse Cosmos DB and Azure Functions.
Familiarity with serverless architectures and ARM templates.
You should possess the ability to:
Translate business requirements into efficient scalable data engineering solutions.
Work independently and collaboratively across technical teams and customer stakeholders.
Maintain and troubleshoot data pipelines in a cloudbased environment.
Adapt to new technologies and be willing to explore tools in monitoring and observability within Azure.
Demonstrate solid problemsolving skills and initiative in a dynamic environment.
