Job Description
- Create new opportunities from inbound leads and proactively and reach out through outbound cold calls and direct emails.
- Manage maintain and expand relationships profitability and service portfolios within assigned SMB customer accounts.
- Actively collect and understand customers needs priorities and key careabouts to tailor engagement and solutions.
- Promote Ricohs digital services and experiences empowering customers to achieve operational efficiency and business success.
- Meet and exceed assigned activitybased metrics (calls meetings emails) and sales targets.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales activities pipeline forecasts customer feedback and market trends to the Sales Manager.
Requirements
- CV in English with latest photo attached
- Bachelor s degree in business Marketing or related field.
- 1 3 years of experience in sales tele sales customer service or related roles.
- Strong communication interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Goaloriented with a proactive approach to driving revenue.
- Good English with 4 skills.
- IT knowledge experience in office equipment is preferred
- Ability to work independently and cooperate well with colleagues in different sections
- Computer skills: PC and office (Word Excel Power point etc.
