Job Description
As a Siebel Engineer AIDriven Solutions you will:
Design develop and enhance intelligent systems that integrate seamlessly with human interactions playing a central role in redefining customer experience in the financial domain.
Collaborate with product managers software engineers and UX designers to deliver optimized AIpowered solutions.
Implement advanced configurations within Siebel including applets business components workflows and eScriptbased business services.
Customize user interfaces using the Siebel Open UI framework (manifest PM PR PW web templates).
Work with a range of technologies including JavaScript HTML/(S)CSS SQL/DB2 and Azure DevOps.
Integrate with platforms like Genesys CTI PureCloud via embedded frameworks to create seamless communication solutions.
What You Bring to the Table:
6 8 years of experience in Siebel engineering or related development roles.
Strong expertise in:
Siebel configuration and data modeling
Siebel eScript and Open UI framework
Frontend technologies: JavaScript HTML/(S)CSS
Backend integration with SQL/DB2
DevOps practices using Azure DevOps (GIT repos boards)
Embedded framework integrations (e.g. Genesys CTI PureCloud)
A relevant HBO (Bachelor s) or universitylevel (Master s) degree.
You should possess the ability to:
Independently and critically assess technical challenges and drive innovative handson solutions.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Embrace Agile development as your core working style actively participating in iterative delivery cycles.
Take ownership of your code through rigorous testing and full accountability during deployment.
