Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cyber Consulting Director to lead grow and deliver our cyber security consulting services. You will drive strategic client engagements provide leadership to a highperforming team and play a pivotal role in shaping our cyber consulting strategy. This role is ideal for a commercially astute technically strong and clientfocused leader with deep expertise in cyber security and risk advisory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:Lead the development and of the cyber consulting strategy in alignment with firmwide goals.
- Client Engagement:Build trusted relationships with Clevel clients. Understand their security challenges and deliver bespoke solutions.
- Practice Development:Grow the cyber consulting team through hiring mentoring and capability building.
- Service Delivery:Oversee and ensure the successful delivery of cyber advisory projects including:
Cyber risk assessments
Security strategy and transformation
Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC)
Cloud and infrastructure security
Incident readiness and response planning
- Business Development:Drive business growth through identifying new opportunities leading proposals and representing the firm at industry events.
- Team Leadership:Inspire lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of consultants and technical specialists.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in a senior cyber security consulting role ideally with a Big Four boutique consultancy or relevant corporate leadership.
Deep knowledge of cyber security principles frameworks (e.g. NIST ISO 27001 regulatory landscapes (e.g. GDPR DORA PCIDSS) and emerging threats.
Strong track record in delivering cyber consulting services across diverse industries.
Commercial acumen with experience developing and executing business plans.
Demonstrated leadership of highperforming teams.
Excellent stakeholder management communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Cyber Security Information Security Computer Science or a related field.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP CISM CISA CRISC or equivalent.
MBA or equivalent business qualification is a plus.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a cyber security professional. Sales Coordinator or any other similar role. Hands-on experience with any CRM tools. Experience in managing complex solutions. Organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude. Degree level or relevant experience.
