Pay: $20$25/hour (Based on Experience)
Shift: 2nd Shift MondayThursday: 6:00 AM 4:30 PM Friday: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM

MIG (Pulse Arc) on 12 GA Steel
Multiple Positions: Downhill Butt Weld Fillet Overhead
Position Overview
We are currently hiring for a Structural Welder in Tulsa OK. This position requires the ability to read technical blueprints and operate a variety of welding equipment to complete highquality welds in multiple positions. The ideal candidate is experienced safetyconscious and detailoriented with a strong understanding of welding processes and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine welding specifications
Set up and operate welding machines adjusting settings such as amperage voltage slope and pulse based on job requirements
Inspect welding equipment and accessories to ensure safe proper functionality
Determine the correct welding technique positioning and jig based on material and design
Guide electrode or welding gun accurately along designated weld paths using visual and auditory cues to monitor quality
Select the most efficient welding process for moving raw or finished materials as needed
Examine completed welds for cracks bead size or other defects and perform or recommend repairs
Clean and grind excess weld slag and splatter to ensure a clean finish
Degrease grind or clean parts to meet quality standards
Safely operate manlifts and cranes for material handling and positioning
Support production goals by performing other duties as assigned
