Job Description: Scrum Master
Department: Information Technology and Services
Reporting Structure: Reports to the Agile Coach
Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master to join our team in the Information Technology and Services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating the Agile development process and ensuring the team adheres to Scrum practices. If you are a collaborative leader with a passion for driving continuous improvement we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices
- Remove impediments to team progress and escalate issues as needed
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver highquality products
- Track and report on team progress using Agile metrics
Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
- 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams
