Primary Responsibilities
Skillset
Functional / Product Analyst Skillset:
Demonstrate extensive functional knowledge of managed products and projects.
Exhibit strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a proactive learning approach.
Serve as the functional Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for assigned activities.
Identify and preemptively address risks devising mitigation strategies in advance.
Regularly update and engage stakeholders with timely project/product status reports.
Thoroughly comprehend and review business requirements for new change requests or products.
Collaborate with technical teams in solution design activities.
Analyze processes and ascertain areas for process improvement.
Proficiently manage critical situations driving them towards result.
Translate requirements into relevant documents such as Functional Specifications Reports (FSR) Use Cases and HighLevel Sequence Diagrams.
Possess excellent communication documentation and presentation skills.
Investigate and troubleshoot defects reported by customers ensuring adherence to specifications and system integrity.
Demonstrate proficiency in Root Cause Analysis Gap Analysis and Impact Analysis.
Technical Skillset:
Foundation in Basic UML XML REST and JSON.
Ability to formulate concepts.
.Analyzing and Debugging issues based on logs dashboards Splunk
Effectively convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Facilitate clear communication of business information to a technical audience.
Knowledge of Postman collection SOAP UI is preferred.
