Job Description
Be the guardian of our propertys infrastructure as an Engineer. Ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and comfortable stay. With your technical prowess and proactive approach youll maintain our facilities to the highest standards creating a welcoming environment that exceeds expectations.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including repairing plumbing electrical systems HVAC units and other fixtures to ensure functionality and safety.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment facilities and guest rooms addressing problems promptly to minimize downtime and inconvenience.
- Conduct repairs on hotel property such as fixing leaks replacing broken fixtures and repairing damaged furniture or equipment to maintain the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the property.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of hotel facilities and equipment identifying potential hazards and taking corrective actions to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests such as power outages plumbing leaks or elevator malfunctions to quickly resolve issues and minimize disruptions to guest services.
Pay $22 23 / hour

Qualifications :
- Experience with power tools use and safety
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions on assembly of mechanical equipment furniture and warning labels
- Ability to communicate in English with guests coworkers and management
- Ability to work some PM shifts is required
- Valid Drivers License required
