Job Description
What Youll Do:
Reporting to the Manager Digital Solutions youll be responsible for building applications with nocode and code without compromise. As a Senior Salesforce Developer CRM you will be an integral part of OTIPs TE Digital team delivering innovative customer experiences using a mix of Salesforce and industry standard tools to solve complex business problems.
The core parts of your role will be to:
- Design develop and implement Salesforce multicloud CRM solutions that support OTIP initiatives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business identify and gather their requirements and needs and translate them into technical specifications and Salesforce CRM solutions.
- Configure necessary Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
- Design develop and maintain custom Salesforce UI and programing logic in LWC and Apex.
- Develop maintain and optimize APIbased integrations between Salesforce CRM and other systems ensuring data integrity and seamless data flow.
- Conduct testing troubleshooting and regression activities to ensure reliability and performance of Salesforce CRM solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce CRM implementation integrations and data/content management.
- Resolve incidents and problem tickets related to Salesforce CRM solutions.
- Work with the TE Security team to maintain the security and integrity of OTIPs Salesforce CRM solutions.
- Source control and task management via Azure DevOps.
- Contribute to technical documentation.
- Share knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and product features. Support the creation of training materials.
- Support the Salesforce Administrator as needed.
- Assess Salesforce seasonal release impact and lead efforts to keep OTIPs Salesforce implementations current.
- Monitor and stay current with Salesforce CRM best practices new features and updates and proactively identify opportunities to enhance OTIPs Digital Solutions improve efficiency and effectiveness.

This is the unique blend of skills and experience we would love to see in an ideal candidate:
- Completion of at least 1 post secondary education a related field.
- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer II or equivalent.
- Additional Salesforce certifications are desirable e.g. Certified Salesforce Administrator Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder JavaScript Developer I.
- At least 5 years of development experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms.
- Experience developing solutions for Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud CMS Knowledge and Experience Cloud (authenticated an unauthenticated).
- Experience with multilingual Salesforce implementation is a highly desired asset.
- Experience with Salesforce OMNI channel and MIAW approaches and solutions is an asset.
- Experience with Salesforce Mobile Publisher implementation is an asset.
- Strong handson knowledge of Apex JavaScript HTML and CSS.
- Expertise in building deploying and optimizing LWC.
- General web development experience.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce sharing and security including but not limited to roles profiles permissions.
- Demonstrate understanding of cloud technology fundamentals and cloudbased security concepts.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools.
- Highly analytical individual with advanced problemsolving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Highly motivated communicator with strong customer service acumen capable of coordinating multiple external technology and business partners.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps and DevOps processes & toolsets (like Gearset Copado)
