Responsibilities :
- Managing all HR processes at company level (administration recruitment training s.o..
- Managing the International mobility processes.
- Consultancy and counselling internal clients on HR or legal related topics.
- Supporting the Managing Director and Head Departments in building and implementing the Human Resources strategy policies procedures and actions.
- Managing the internal and external events such as teambuildings workshops community social engagement events job fairs.
- Drafting HR reports and analysis for toplevel management.
- Managing the processes related to the occupational health and safety activities.
- Draft and review commercial contracts and agreements as well as other legal documents
- Inhouse legal consultancy for all departments (compliance finance labour etc)
- Estimating and anticipating outcomes and possible implications of the external legal framework to the company policies and procedures.
- Preparation and organization of the Shareholders General Meetings including all related documentation in fully accordance with the corporate legislation and followup procedures
- Implementation and management of GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation).
- Providing support in the presale process during the consultation and negotiation phase (support documentation proposal review from a legal perspective contractual conditions analysis compliance issues communication with the presales team and the legal departments at group level)
- Providing support in various audits (clients local authorities certification authorities) and assessments/certifications processes as well as assuring the administration of various clients and authorities platforms (e.g. EU ONRC ORDA)
- Conception and drafting of internal rules regulations policies procedures processes and related online training/presentation
- Point of contact for lawyers/experts/insurance companies when necessary
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in law. Additional Master studies in the legal or HR field including certifications are a plus.
- HR Experience: 8 years in HR functions in an international organization
- Legal Expertise: 8 years legal experience in a similar role in an international environment.
- Mastery of contract drafting and reviewing is mandatory
- Ability to navigate complex legal and HR issues and provide solutions
- IT literate (Word Excel PowerPoint Publisher)
- Business English (C1 French will be an asset
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
- Autonomy proactivity and excellent communication skills.
This position is a permanent. Flexible working can be considered such as hybrid working up to 30 of your time.
