Job Description
With rapid economic growth occurring in Greater Ballarat Colliers is looking for another star to be trained in Commercial Real Estate and work alongside our Sales & Leasing team based in our Ballarat office.
What you can expect:
- Monday to Friday working hours no weekend work!
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and maintain high presence in the marketplace
- Assisting in the sourcing listing selling and leasing of commercial properties across Ballarat
- Maintaining an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellers
- Negotiating property transactions from start to finish
- Conducting inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property
- Cultivate & nurture strong relationships with key account clients and maintain high presence in the marketplace
- Delivering market knowledge and advice to clients
- Coordinate (with Marketing department) the marketing & selling of properties including organising signboards brochures advertising Information Memorandums and videos.
Qualifications :
A little about you!
- You ideally currently in a commercial or B2B sales role and may be looking for further opportunities in a new industry
- You are a natural hunter
- You are an excellent communicator with the ability to converse with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Willingness to learn and ambitions to grow
- Current Real Estate License or Victorian Agents Representative Certificate or be willing to study to become a certified agent
- Entrepreneurial and commercially astute
