Job Description:
As a Client Service Associate you will be the first point of contact for our clients ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. You will play a vital role in assisting with customer inquiries resolving issues and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Process client requests orders and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling recordkeeping and documentation.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
Ensure accurate and detailed communication with clients through various channels (phone email inperson).
Support the development and improvement of client service processes and workflows.
Qualifications :
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Excellent problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
