We are looking for a professional qualified and enthusiastic candidate to take up the fulltime position of Office Management Coordinator to support our wellestablished PSI Prague office.
As the ideal candidate you have the ability to juggle multiple tasks and act as the voice and face of the company. You will ensure that our colleagues suppliers and visitors receive the highest level of service.
The scope of your responsibilities will include:
- Liaise with vendors support services and company departments on various matters pertaining to office management and office setup
- Manage office supplies equipment and facilities services
- Receive and route all incoming calls greet visitors handle incoming inquiries and couriers
- Organize business trips meetings and events
- Log and sort mail coordinate shipments
- Provide secretarial support prepare reports and minutes of meetings
- Assist with photocopying transcribing and faxing
- Provide ad hoc administrative and HR help including attendance logs
Qualifications :
- College or university degree or an equivalent combination of education training and experience that presents the required knowledge skills and abilities
- Full working proficiency in Czech and English
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Problemsolving skills ability to multitask take initiative and act proactively
- Discreet trustworthy and able to manage confidential information
- Valid drivers license
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word Excel & PowerPoint)
