You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Legal assisting in RES green field projects in Latvia (WTG/PV supply EPC BoP TCM agreements construction agreements (FIDIC) claims management as well as environmental and general commercial matters
- Drafting and negotiating the agreements
- Preparing internal procedures to ensure business compliance and mitigation of risks
- Liaising with legal advisors regulators management and other stakeholders on legal matters.
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in law
- 3 years of experience in the relevant legal field particularly in construction and/or real estate (FIDIC experience or willingness to learn FIDIC would be beneficial)
- English language
- Experience working with an international team
- Skills at evaluating options and finding solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills and focus on assisting internal clients i.e. business team
- Ability to independently prioritize tasks
- Ability to simplify complex issues and provide pragmatic advice and practical solutions that can be operationalized.
