Job Description

TSystems we are looking for a Senior HRBP  located in Barcelona who will collaborate with our teams to continue shaping the future of our business and people

Job Summary

As Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) you will work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to align HR strategies with business goals ensuring effective workforce management employee experience talent development and organizational transformation. You will serve as a strategic partner advising on peoplerelated issues driving change management initiatives and implementing HR programs that support business objectives. The HRBP will be a trusted advisor to leadership on all HRrelated matters from talent management to organizational development and will play a critical role in shaping a highperformance culture. Additionally the Senior HRBP will have a key responsibility for leading and managing local HRBPs ensuring that HR initiatives are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Partnership

  • Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business goals ensuring that talent management and HR initiatives drive organizational success.
  • Advise business leaders on HRrelated issues including organizational design workforce planning and talent development.
  • Support the business in driving key initiatives such as business transformations leadership development and workforce restructuring.
  • Act as a strategic advisor for decisionmaking on key people issues providing datadriven insights and solutions to address business challenges.

Talent Management & Development

  • Collaborate with leadership to identify talent gaps and ensure that the business is equipped with the right skills and capabilities to achieve its goals.
  • Develop and execute strategies for talent acquisition retention and development ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Drive performance management processes including goal setting feedback coaching and development plans.
  • Lead leadership development initiatives helping to foster a highperformance leadership culture aligned with the organizations values.

Change Management & Organizational Development

  • Lead organizational development efforts to improve organizational effectiveness and ensure business objectives are met.
  • Partner with business units to implement change management strategies during transformations restructurings and other organizational changes.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by driving initiatives that foster innovation collaboration and employee engagement.
  • Advise on succession planning and career development pathways ensuring the pipeline of future leaders.

Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture promoting diversity equity and inclusion in all HR practices.
  • Conduct employee surveys analyze results and partner with leadership to address areas of concern and enhance employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws company policies and ethical standards.

HR Operations & DataDriven Insights

  • Leverage HR data and analytics to provide actionable insights to leadership on workforce trends employee engagement turnover and other key HR metrics.
  • Collaborate with the HR operations team to ensure the effective delivery of HR services and support to business units.
  • Monitor and report on key HR metrics providing regular updates to business leaders on HR performance and progress against goals.

Team Management

  • Lead coach and mentor a team of HR professionals ensuring that they are equipped to deliver highquality HR services to the business.
  • Foster a collaborative team culture providing guidance and support for the development of each team member.
  • Oversee the delivery of key HR programs ensuring efficient and alignment with business needs.
  • Manage HR team performance including setting objectives conducting performance reviews and identifying opportunities for team growth and development.

Qualifications :

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Organizational Psychology or a related field. A Masters degree or HR certification
  • Experience:
    •  58 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role with a proven track record of aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
    • At least 5 years of people management experience developing talent and ensuring the delivery of HR initiatives across the business
    • Strong experience in talent management organizational development change management and employee relations.
    • Proven ability to lead complex HR initiatives and collaborate with senior leadership in a multinational or crossfunctional environment.
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization.
    • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities with a datadriven approach to HR management.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
    • Strong knowledge of HR policies employment law and best practices in talent management and organizational development.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
