This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing business supporting the finance department across a whole range of activities. The successful candidate will be highly motivated to take control of all purchase ledger activity for the UK US Australian and Canadian Companies. They will also assist the finance team with other general ledger reconciliation work and adhoc projects.
- Process UK US AU and Canadian credit card statements and reconciliations
- Assist and support the Purchase ledger team
- Monitor and assist with all Finance inboxes
- Support in reconciling Purchase and sales ledgers and investigate differences
- Ensure compliance with all company financial controls
- Assist with preparation of annual and monthly budgets
- Providing support both routine and projectbased to various Finance team members as needed.
- Obtain and report Credit card transactions and Receipts with Approvals
- Obtain approvals & enter Purchase invoices
- Manage inboxes
- General filing and scanning of documents
- Manage and order goods on Amazon
Salary range is from 30k to 34k
Qualifications :
- Over 1 years accounts payable or general accounting experience (an advantage)
- Working knowledge of accounts payable
- Ability to maintain multiple general ledgers
- Competency in using Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel)
- Knowledge of NetSuite preferred but not essential
