The Role
We are looking for aBusiness Analyst Intern to join our Human Resources team. You will work directly with HR and leadership to maintain and evolve our Power BI dashboards ensuring clean actionable data and insights that drive key decisions.
What Youll Do
- Maintain and improve HR dashboards (Power BI)
- Ensure data consistency and reliability
- Contribute to KPI evolution and automation initiatives
- Collaborate with HR Finance & leadership
- Document and transfer knowledge for future use
You Are
- A Masters student (MIAGE business/engineering school Sciences Po...
- Skilled in Excel & Power BI
- Detailoriented with strong analytical thinking
- Curious proactive and a clear communicator
- Fluent in French & business English

Le poste
Nous recherchons uneBusiness Analyst en stage pour rejoindre notre quipe RH. Vous collaborerez directement avec les RH et la direction pour maintenir et faire voluer nos tableaux de bord Power BI afin de fournir des donnes fiables et exploitables pour guider les dcisions stratgiques.
Vos missions
- Maintenir et amliorer les tableaux de bord RH (Power BI)
- Garantir la fiabilit et la cohrence des donnes
- Participer lvolution des KPI et lautomatisation des reportings
- Collaborer avec les quipes RH Finance et la Direction
- Documenter les processus et assurer leur transmission
Vous tes
- tudiante en Master (MIAGE cole de commerce/ingnieur Sciences Po)
- laise avec Excel et Power BI
- Rigoureuxse dote dun esprit analytique
