The Position: We are looking for a candidate who will be performing the role of a Program/Project/Management Analyst Journeyman.
Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is $67000 $127000 annually based upon an individuals level of experience skillset and education. The range that is given is an estimate and may vary based on contractual constraints. At AM Pierce & Associates it is our goal to provide equitable compensation to all employees.

The Work Environment: OnSite
The Description:
Duties/responsibilities may include but not limited to:
- Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
- Analyzes requirements status budget and schedules.
- Performs management technical or business case analyses.
- Collects completes organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
- Tracks program/project status and schedules.
- Applies governmentinstituted processes for documentation change control management and data management.
Education & Experience:
- Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant discipline.
- At least three 3 to ten 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
- Experience with PMT and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
- Working knowledge of Navy ERP.
Desired Skillset:
- Experience with radio system procurement documentation.
- Experience with SharePoint DD1149 forms and Inventory of Navy ERP equipment of Common Avionics Systems.
Travel:
- On some occasions the employee may be required to drive to offices or buildings near the work site. In rare occasions travel may be required.
