Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Head of Operations to lead and manage the operational aspects of both the workshop and atelier. This role will be pivotal in optimizing workflows driving production efficiency and ensuring high standards of quality and performance across both teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daytoday operations of the workshop and atelier ensuring smooth production and creative processes.
- Implement systems for tracking progress performance and quality control across both teams.
- Manage procurement logistics and supply chain functions ensuring timely and budgetconscious material sourcing.
- Work closely with both the workshop and atelier teams to ensure production targets and deadlines are consistently met.
- Balance creative vision with operational efficiency driving both aspects in a way that enhances overall business performance.
- Collaborate with the Technical Designer and Head of Production to maintain high standards of product quality and operational flow.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- 10 years of strong experience in operations management with a deep understanding of production workflow and process optimization.
- Experience in the fashion design industry is a plus.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams ensure clear communication and facilitate collaboration between creative and operational functions.
- Exceptional problemsolving skills with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- A handson approach and flexibility to manage both creative oversight and operational management.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- Ideal Candidate: a seasoned professional with a background in fashion production or operations management. Someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment balancing creativity and efficiency to improve the businesss overall operational flow.
