Job Description
WHAT YOULL DO
As the Studio Manager at H&M Studios East Asia (Korea) you will take a central role in leading planning and executing fashion content production. You will be responsible for the entire production journey from liaising the creative strategy and budget management to overseeing onset . Your role will include managing a team collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of highquality content that resonates with customers and drives commercial outcomes. This position is reporting to the Regional Head of Customer Activation & Marketing for East Asia (with a dotted line to Head of H&M Studios Global) and offers a unique opportunity to oversee creative direction and production logistics while managing resources budgets and talent.
H&M Studios East Asia (Korea) is a vibrant creative house producing fashion content for H&M Asia assortment. We create model images product images and video assets for performance channels social media instore communication and more. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Studio Manager to join our team in Korea and lead creative production for the women men and kids customer groups in an exciting and fastpaced environment.
Lead and manage the content planning and production for assigned customer groups. Collaborate closely with the regional and global marketing teams to ensure alignment with commercial goals.
Oversee endtoend production processes including budget management timeline planning and ensuring that all production steps are executed on time and within scope.
Lead and develop the team ensuring high performance and fostering a collaborative environment. Secure and manage key creative talents for the production team.
Work with internal and external stakeholders (i.e. external studio and global team) to ensure all production elements including casting styling image selection and overall creative output align with the brand vision and customer expectations.
WHO YOULL WORK WITH
As the Studio Manager youll act as a strategic partner to the Regional Head of Customer Activation & Marketing and ensure cross collaboration between the global teams such as the H&M Studios Global team.
This role will be reporting to the Regional Head of Customer Activation & Marketing.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with
5 years of experience in fashion production and creative leadership preferably within a fastpaced global brand.
Proven experience in both strategic planning and handson production management from concept to .
And people who are
A sharp visual eye and deep understanding of trends customer behavior and fashion industry standards.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
Ability to make decisions quickly and efficiently driving both creative excellence and business results.
Experience leading teams and managing resources to meet deadlines and ensure highquality outputs.
Fluent in both English and Korean is a plus.
