Job Description

The Lifetime Services team provides postimplementation support to our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations customers. We aim to be among the best in the industry delivering fullscope support proactive maintenance and continuous improvement to our customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Be the customers primary point of contact for productrelated issues and build and maintain a relationship with the customer over email or phone/conference calls.
  • Resolve customer questions and inquiries by identifying problems researching answers collaborating with vendors/other team members and delivering solutions to problems or creating appropriate workarounds.
  • Provide endtoend complex application support for issues logged in the ticketing system.
  • Analyse customer requirements and design software solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Supply Chain.
  • Perform FIT/GAP analysis and creation of business process models.
  • Advise customer on solution capabilities during project implementation and help minimise gaps between standard product and customers business processes with creative configuration.
  • Prepare Business Process Discovery Documents and functional specification for additionally required customisations.
  • Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations/ Dynamics AX Trade and Logistics Inventory Supply Chain modules
  • Prepare User Manuals and deliver Training to assist in acceptance tests golive support.

Qualifications :

Successful candidates will typically have:

  • Fluency in English language secondary language such as German highly advantageous
  • Functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (previously known as AX) experience of D365 Retail (including POS) highly advantageous
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Supply Chain Management or Relevant University Degree
  • Demonstrable experience working in a client facing role
  • Strong working knowledge of business & customer application support processes
  • A logical approach to problem solving 
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
