Job Description

Our team is characterized by openness and commitment and we also enjoy working with them. Were looking for a commerciallydriven Retail Media Sales Lead (all genders) to grow and lead our team in Austria. This is a highly entrepreneurial role that sits at the intersection of sales partnerships advertising and performance marketing with full responsibility for building CPG financial and agency relationships to drive topline growth.

You will directly manage a small team and own the revenue across three core verticals: Platform / QCommerce / Partnerfunded campaigns.

 

Your Mission:

  • Lead and grow a highperforming Retail Media & Partnerships team in Austria overseeing commercial strategy sales and .

  • Drive B2B revenue growth by building and closing deals with FMCGs financial institutions and media agencies.

  • Own key agency relationships to unlock media budgets from CPG clients across multiple verticals.

  • Act as the commercial lead for all local partnerfunded deals campaign sponsorships and advertising inventory sales.

  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with Category Management QCommerce Ad Ops and Marketing teams.

  • Use performance data and insights to optimize campaigns and strengthen partner value.

  • Act as the countrylevel owner of Retail Media strategy reporting into the regional lead and working closely with the Austria Managing Director.

  • Based on fulltime employment 38.5 hours per week) we offer an annual gross salary starting minimum 70000 (allin) depending on qualifications and experience noting that the offer range can be flexible. In addition you will receive a profit share in the form of a share package.

Qualifications :

  • 8 years of experience in B2B sales partnerships or key account management within FMCG media payments ecommerce or digital advertising.

  • Proven ability to sell to CPGs financial institutions and media agencies with a strong commercial instinct.

  • Experience managing or engaging with media agencies that control CPG media budgets.

  • Strong understanding of retail media monetization ad sales and multichannel marketing strategies.

  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team in a fastpaced environment.

  • Analytical mindset and comfort using data to build strategic narratives. Youre a proactive strategic thinker with a handson approach and strong skills.

  • Fluent in German and English.
