Job Description

The US Therapeutics Finance team works with stakeholders across the commercial organization and shares valuable analysis and reporting with the Sr. Management.

Our Workplace offers flexibility and a Hybrid work model for officebased employees that typically consists of 3 days in our Lake County IL office and 2 days of remote work.

As a Senior Financial Analyst you will support specific financial planning and analysis processes and important team projects making a lasting contribution to the success of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Supports latest best estimates Plan and LongRange Plan reporting and consolidation of financial material as required using BPC excel and Power BI.
  • Supports the finance system transformation developing and enhancing reports in BPC and Power BI and engaging in Finance led and Finance manager led projects.
  • Assists with planning and reporting guidance and work directly with US business area counterparts and sister functions.
  • Reconciles data across multiple sources of input propose and implement your ideas about process improvements.  
  • Supports finance management on adhoc requests and projects.
  • Provides accurate and timely analysis to meet important due dates and project timelines.
  • This role reports up to a US Commercial FP&A Manager.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting. CPA or MBA a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive and related experience of preparing and analyzing financial data.
  • Candidate must possess strong system / technical skills with ability to learn systems and new tasks quickly. Advance Excel skills are required.
  • Strong organization skills selfstarter with ability to multitask and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Strong financial analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and a good team player.
  • Knowledge of SAP and BPC or similar multidimension planning solutions preferred Power BI is a plus.
  • Experience supporting financial planning applications.
  • Prior pharmaceutical experience preferred.

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.   • This job is eligible to participate in our shortterm incentive programs.
