What you will do:
Represent Quality Assurance as the first point of contact for daily line support issues.
Troubleshoot product and processrelated issues and identify root causes.
Work with Quality Engineers and product teams to identify areas for risk reduction and errorproofing processes and support solution implementation.
Drive defect awareness training with production associates with the assistance of the manufacturing core team.
Provide input into the disposition for any nonconforming product and identify appropriate corrections and corrective actions with other support team members.
Perform internal quality audit readiness checks and assist in the preparation of reports/reviews.
Responsible for the timely analysis of customer complaints.
Review electronically saved calibration certificates/reports and perform basic microbiology sampling/testing.
What you need:
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
2 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
Associates or Bachelors degree
Experience with quality inspection in a manufacturing/production environment
Knowledge of GMPregulated environment
