Job Description
What Were Looking For
We are seeking an enthusiastic and eager Commis Chef to join our kitchen brigade. Youll be part of a talented team who share your passion for food. Whether its early mornings lunch or evening service well rely on you to work with the chefs to deliver exquisite meals while honing your culinary skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of food including salads vegetables starters main courses and bakery section ensuring the highest standards of quality taste and presentation
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Work effectively as part of a dynamic kitchen team
- Assist with stock rotation temperature checks and general kitchen maintenance
Hours of work:
- This is a part time position working working between 20 36 hours per week (we can be flexible! but will include weekends and bank holidays
- Straight shifts no split shifts!
- Shifts: 6am 3pm / 12pm 9pm / 2pm 11pm

Qualifications :
Ideal Candidate
- Passionate about food and eager to learn and grow in a kitchen environment
- Able to work in a fastpaced setting and stay focused under pressure
- A positive attitude with a commitment to maintaining high standards
- Previous kitchen experience is desirable but not essential
