About the role
As a Service Manager Operations youll lead a team responsible for the performance stability and improvement of key business applications across 12 European markets. These span Supply Chain Field Services People and Compliance functions.
Youll ensure technical and operational excellence support efficient business processes and drive service optimisation. The role blends technical leadership process ownership and team management requiring both strategic thinking and a practical approach.
Youll be a trusted partner to business teams helping to streamline operations while meeting local needs. Youll also support and coach colleagues to grow and succeed.
Please note this role will require some travel within the EU all travel plans will be communicated with advance notice.
