We are seeking a skilled Remote Orthopedic ProFee Coder to join our team supporting accurate and efficient medical coding for orthopedic services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orthopedicspecific coding expertise and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Assign accurate ICD10CM CPT and HCPCS codes for orthopedic diagnoses procedures and services.
Perform Orthopedic coding to support valuebased care initiatives.
Review medical records for completeness and compliance with coding guidelines.
Work within multiple EMR systems and adapt to projectspecific workflows.
Meet or exceed productivity and quality metrics consistently.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve coding discrepancies.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of coding regulations including CMS and payerspecific guidelines.
Active coding certification required (e.g. RHIA RHIT CPC COC CIC CRC or CCS.
Must be Physically located in the US
Minimum 2 years of Orthopedic experience (orthopedic coding preferred).
Proficiency in ICD10 CPT and HCPCS coding with a focus on orthopedic specialties.
Experience with multiple EMR systems; familiarity with other MultiSpecialty coding is a plus.
Ability to maintain 95 accuracy while meeting productivity standards.
Private distractionfree workspace with highspeed internet (hardwired connection required).
Must be available during business hours MonFriday for the first week of training.
Must pass a background check drug test credential verification and possess a high school diploma or GED.
Fulltime fully remote position.
Initial training requires business hours MonFriday; flexible scheduling may be available afterward.
Stable highspeed internet and a professional home office setup are required.

Education
Active coding certification required (e.g., RHIA, RHIT, CPC, COC, CIC, CRC, or CCS). Minimum 2 years of Pro-Fee coding experience (orthopedic coding preferred). Proficiency in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding, with a focus on orthopedic specialties. Experience with multiple EMR systems; familiarity with Contract Work is a plus.
