Our client is a leading banking company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Responsible for building developing and optimizing unsecured loan products (e.g. consumer loans personal loans payroll loans etc..
Analyze market trends competitors and customer needs to guide product development strategies.
Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams such as IT Marketing Legal Risk and Sales Channels to execute unsecured loan products successfully.
Prepare comprehensive Business Requirements Documents craft endtoend customer journey maps and engage in User Acceptance Testing.
Monitor and improve product performance postlaunch (approval rate NPL outstanding loans conversion rate etc..
Propose and implement digital initiatives to enhance loan processes (eKYC autoapproval online distribution etc..
Train and support business units in deploying and selling unsecured loan products.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree or higher in Finance Banking Economics Business Administration or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role such as Product Owner Product Manager within financial services banking or fintech. Preference for candidates with experience in unsecured loan product development.
Strong grasp of credit lifecycle processes consumer loan products and personal customer behavior.
Excellent in data interpretation and report generation.
Effective communicator with a proven ability to lead crossdepartmental initiatives and manage projects.
Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Capable of communicating well in English.
