Our client is a leading real estate company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Establish and execute policies activities and procedures related to quality management.
Perform frequent site visits to ensure strict adherence to established quality benchmarks.
Prepare and update all documentation related to quality control.
Coordinate with external entities including inspectors and regulatory agencies to guarantee project compliance.
Supervise construction activities to detect quality deviations and suggest timely corrective measures.
Work closely with the project management team to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing overall project quality performance.
Carry out evaluations to identify and mitigate qualityrelated risks.
Educate and train staff on best practices in quality assurance.
Keep detailed records of quality issues resolutions and improvement actions.
Guarantee that all construction work aligns with current industry codes and compliance requirements.
Interface with certifying bodies and external stakeholders on quality assurance matters.
Requirements
Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field such as project management with a minimum of 8 years of relevant onsite experience.
Strong foundation in quality control systems with prior auditing experience considered advantageous.
Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards especially in setting up and maintaining QMS frameworks.
Excellent English language proficiency both written and verbal.
Open to working in key project locations including Ho Chi Minh City Hanoi and Binh Duong.
Must exhibit enthusiasm for learning honesty flexibility and professionalism in the workplace.
