You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Telemarketing Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outbound telemarketing or telesales strong communication skills and a passion for exceeding targets. You will play a key role in generating leads nurturing prospects and driving revenue growth through effective telephonic communication.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales and leads.
Handle customer inquiries follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM software.
Meet or exceed daily weekly and monthly call and conversion targets.
Train and mentor junior telemarketing staff as needed.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to optimize campaigns.
Provide feedback from prospects to help shape future sales strategies.
Upsell and crosssell company products/services when appropriate.
Follow compliance guidelines and company procedures during all interactions.
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 3 5 years experience in telemarketing or telesales preferably in a senior role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion negotiation and closing abilities.
Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work under pressure and handle rejections professionally.
Targetdriven with a resultsoriented mindset.
Experience in B2B/B2C sales.
Multilingual capabilities.
Knowledge of IndustrySpecific Software/Product.
