You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a proactive and detailoriented Proposal Engineer with experience in Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive technocommercial proposals coordinating across departments and ensuring compliance with technical standards and customer requirements.
Analyse customer RFQs and project requirements to create customized technocommercial proposals for STP/ETP projects.
Coordinate with procurement to obtain updated pricing and lead times for equipment and materials.
Highlight technical assumptions exclusions and clarifications in proposals.
Design costeffective energyefficient treatment solutions through optimal equipment selection and process configuration.
Prepare and maintain detailed proposal documentation including costing sheets technical submissions and postorder documents.
Engage with clients to address technical queries during bidding and postorder phases.
Manage proposal timelines to meet submission deadlines and complete internal reviews.
Provide technical support and handover guidance to the team postorder.
Education: B.E./ or in Chemical Engineering Environmental Engineering or a related field.
Experience: 3 to 7 years in preparing proposals for water/wastewater treatment projects.
Strong understanding of STP and ETP processes and equipment.
Proficient in cost estimation and technical documentation.
Excellent communication coordination and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with design standards environmental norms and energyefficient practices.
