What You ll Be Doing

As an SDR Outbound Cold Caller you ll be selling a highvalue AIpowered traffic data solution to U.S. municipalities and contractors. Your mission: drive revenue by converting cold leads into customers. This is a remote fulltime role for an experienced SDR who knows how to deliver results with minimal oversight.

You ll be responsible for:

  • Making 30 50 outbound cold calls daily to prospects in the infrastructure and public sector space
  • Managing the full outbound sales cycle from cold outreach to objection handling to closing
  • Using Salesforce to track calls log activity and follow up with precision
  • Closing 2 4 deals per month each valued at several thousand dollars
  • Continuously improving your pitch using call tracking and QA feedback tools
  • Collaborating with technical support only when necessary you own the sales process

What You Bring to the Table

MustHaves:

  • 3 years of outbound B2B phone sales experience including closing deals solo
  • Fluent persuasive English communication and objectionhandling skills
  • Strong CRM experience ideally Salesforce
  • Proven success selling offers in the $5K $10K range preferably over the phone
  • Ability to meet sales targets without daily training or supervision

NicetoHaves:

  • Experience selling to U.S. municipalities public sector buyers or infrastructure firms
  • Familiarity with transportation tech SaaS solutions or traffic data/analytics
  • Understanding of U.S. government procurement processes
