Job Description
The Opportunity
Within the Issuing division of Worldline Financial Services we are looking for Product Managers to oversee our extensive product portfolio and support our growth ambitions across Europe.
As part of a multicultural and DEVOPSdriven division you will join a dynamic team reporting directly to the head of the division and play a key role in shaping and executing our product strategy.
Our portfolio serves a diverse range of markets including major issuers fintechs neobanks and corporate issuers leveraging cuttingedge technologies and cloud computing capabilities.

DaytoDay Responsibilities
Developing leading and publishing the product roadmap building the unique selling points (USPs)
Defining product positioning: value proposition differentiating factors pricing structure / guidelines addressable segments inputs for marketing pitch competition
Supporting the product development lifecycle by defining development requirements; own the design process and deliverables
Communicating and coordinating with vital team members across the organization to share priorities roadmap and key insights
Building the product commercialization model
Defining and executing product strategy in line with Issuing strategy launch new products/ features ready for sale

University Degree or equivalent working experience
Experience in a Product Manager role preferably in the payment industry
Good knowledge of payment services in Issuing domain if a plus
Proactivity vision and leadership; open and inquiring minded
Team player ability to work in an international environment and with matrix organization
Strong communication skills to internal stakeholders and customers both oral and written
