Job Description

Summary

Join our team!The Facilities Management Division (FMD) is looking for a Functional Analyst IIto join their team.The individual filling this position will be responsible for supporting the sections Maximo CMMS database and users by performing a wide variety of tasks to ensure Maximo is available and operating efficiently work orders flow through the system and users have the support and resources they need to perform their required daytoday tasks.


The Facilities Management Division at King County

Through a workforce of over 300 dedicated employees the FMD operates and manages the Countys capital assets by developing and maintaining costconscious sustainable highquality facilities and environments. The Building Operations Section (BOS) provides custodial services maintenance and building operations as well as building security. BOS is committed to providing high quality service to support and maintain buildings and their occupants effectively and efficiently. BOS maintains approximately 3 million square feet in facilities where King County provides regional services including the King County Courthouse District Courts King County Correctional Facility Children and Family Justice Center Maleng Regional Justice Center King County Administration Building King County Animal Shelter and several Public Health facilities. Our facilities range in age from 1 to 100 years with equipment such as boilers chillers DDC controls ventilation fans pumps and compressors and fire/life/safety systems.

Job Duties

In this exciting role you will be expected to:


Experience Qualifications Knowledge Skills

WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WHO HAS:

OTHER DESIRABLE ATTRIBUTES:
  • 23 or more years of experience working with Maximo on an administrative level.
  • Knowledge of or exposure to maintenance trades activities.
  • Experience producing video training materials.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Experience developing BIRT reports.
  • SQL or other database skills.
