ABOUT THE ROLE
Senior Specialist People Engagement (PE)
Reporting to the Senior Manager People Engagement you will be responsible for driving the development and deployment of an internal communications strategy the analysis of employee engagement surveys the of initiatives to drive employee engagement and inclusion and the management of external vendors. You will work with regional and global teams across PMI as we continue to build a focused and energized organization and deliver on our mission of a smokefree future. You will support the planning development and delivery of effective engaging and highquality internal communications to stakeholders across the organization as we build out a consumer and employee centric corporate culture. The communications and experiences we deliver should drive engagement whether online or inperson and foster a culture where everyone feels the joy of belonging.
