About the HVAC Pipe Fabrication Shop Associate Role
The HVAC Pipe Fabrication Shops main goals are to ensure the field technicians receive the materials needed to get the job done within the time frame allowed. Currently we are seeking a Fabrication Shop Associate to assist the Fabrication /Logistics teams with preparing material for shipping logging deliveries putting away stock and other projects as needed.

What Youll Do:
- Receive distribute and organize materials.
- Ensure stock areas are maintained and orderly.
- Clean work areas and shop equipment.
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Handle and log deliveries.
- Provide assistance to other workers.
- Assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
What You Bring to the Team:
- A high school diploma is preferred
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated time management attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated actionoriented approach to tasks and projects.
- Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Flexibility to work on various tasks as required.
Physical Requirements
Must be capable of performing various physically demanding tasks essential to shop/warehouse operations. This includes the ability to lift and carry heavy objects weighing up to 25 pounds repeatedly throughout the day as well as standing walking bending stooping reaching and climbing for extended periods. Additionally the position requires dexterity to handle fragile or delicate items with care accurately read labels and instructions and follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure working environment.
