Proactively diagnose and resolve complex electrical electronic and mechanical issues with speed and precision
Conduct indepth equipment inspections and deliver accurate detailed job reports to ensure peak performance
Drive excellence in preventive maintenance while actively contributing to installations upgrades and repairs of machinery
Champion a culture of safety by strictly following protocols and playing a key role in enhancing safety procedures
Inspire and mentor junior team members fostering a highperformance environment with strong housekeeping standards

Skills & Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing factory plant environment
Excellent problemsolving analytical and technical abilities
Experience in brush filling is an added advantage
Strong knowledge of electronics electrical systems and safety practices
A collaborative team player with effective communication and time management skills
Selfdriven improvementoriented and flexible to work overtime or on weekends when required

Qualification:
Matric
Red Seal Millwright

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
