As a Customer Specialist you provide customers with exceptional shopping experiences. You can empower selfexpression by creating authentic connections with customers and helping them discover products they love. Together with the store team you will support an inclusive store environment where customers feel welcome on their shopping journey. The impact you can have
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
Welcome customers and engage with them to understand their needs and support their shopping experiences.
Share your knowledge of our products and services with customers to outfit and inspire them.
Uphold brand merchandising and visual standards for a clean neat wellpresented store.
Promote instore events and company programs that support the brand.
Contribute to the stores success by maintaining the highest brand and standards.
Support an inclusive and welcoming store environment for customers and associates.
Youll bring to the role
Prior retail experience or customerfocused experience
Passion for styling and love of working with people
Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
Ability to read write and communicate in English
Proficient with technology including an ability to operate store systems accurately
